Diet for some people it’s a MUST…
Example a girl, a slimming body for a girl is sth important, a girl will do anything to get a slimming body. Try to lose weight in one of the way to get slim body…This she does to improve herself confidence…
Some elder also do diet for health. They want to avoid health problems and try to stay in a fit condition…
Today, I want to talk about losing weight…
Everybody thought that losing weight is sth like eating less, do more exercise, go for gym, join the aerobics class and always watch the pound fall down every night.
Its not dat simple….We need a little thing to push us to achieve our goals.
Here are some tips dat I search from the internet*…
This tips is usually used by the model, its may help motivate us to lose weight…
Follow it and check it if it work for u!!!!!
1. Avoid the quieting of food
Every so often when sth is happen is not as want we want, many of us allow ourselves to take it on a pan of cake or with a bottle of wine or a box of chocolates. Perhaps you might fail in ur assignment or exam, brake up with ur girlfriend or boyfriend, or had a disagreement with a friend. We have to face it without turn ourselves to the food. Allow ourselves to fall on the food is not a good idea. It doesn’t help us to resolve existing problems; sometimes it makes the problem worse added.
Try to distance urself from the word “ FOOD”
Try to do sth u love, maybe ur hobby or ur favorite exercise.
Hang out with frenz may help u too; try to share ur problems with ur frenz or someone u believe.
2. Sauce is not a good idea
Restaurant food isn’t a big problem for dieter; it isn’t had to be a dieter's nightmare. Dishes such as salads, grilled meat and fish are OK for a dieter; these types of food have a low caloric content. However, one thing to note is that u don't put a thick, creamy sauce on top of them.
Pick foods that do not need sauce. If you really have to, sth light like a soy sauce or vinaigrette is better.
3. Let’s try spicy food
Spicy food is sth that we need to fear and avoid. U have to try a spicy food after read this. Such dishes may help u to boost ur metabolism and make you feel more full, it’s forcing ur system to burn more calories.
But u have to check it out…..
Some spicy dishes in restaurants have extremely high calories. Try to check the content of dishes that u order.
4. Refrigerate Fruit
Put some fruit like apples, oranges, grapes, berries, or whatever fruit dat u like in the freezer. Its become a great day when u have those fruits as our snack.
Why this is a great diet tip???
Firstly, when you eat the frozen fruit, u will eat it slower than when u eat the fruits that were at room temperature. This gives your stomach time to tell you when it's full.
Secondly, the lower temperature makes your body works harder, increasing your metabolism and helping you to burn off more fat.
5. Drink Lots of Water
When comes to weight loss, water is our best friend.
Water can help ur metabolism to work harder. Water also helps us in preventing hunger. With much to drink, our skin will become healthier. We also can prevent aging, with lots of drinking.
What's a good liquid isn’t it?
6. Green Tea
A research has shown that drinking green tea between meals may give results in weight loss. Buy and drink some green tea. Give it a try, u can find that green tea content plenty of other health benefits besides weight loss so u will have nothing to lose.
Come on…No need to wait longer…. :p
7. Ditch the Mayo
In every dieter's list of foods to avoid, one of the tops spots is always taken by Mayonnaise. It is Low in nutrients, high in fat. By adding mayo to ur sandwich just make ur sandwich become a high level calories food.
Try mustard instead, its much healthier and will help keep your snacks low in calories.
